On August 10, we had the opportunity to serve burgers and fries from the cookout trailer to police officers at the South Central Dallas Police Station. We had a blast hanging out with the inspiring men and women who work the late shift (and we may or may not have gotten to sit in the front of a police car). We were happy to be able to thank them in the best way we know how—with fresh-cooked burgers and hand-cut fries!
