THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS OFFERED IN THE UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”). DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU WERE NOT TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF 8/1/2022 AND IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF AND CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES OR D.C. THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE GOVERNED, CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO IDAHO LAW.

ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who were 21 years of age or older as of 8/1/2022. Employees of Sponsors, MOOYAH and Idaho Potato Commissioners, and agencies, agents and employees of the State of Idaho and all other service agencies involved with design, execution or fulfillment of this Contest, and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as parents, children, siblings, and spouse) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to enter or participate in any manner.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on July 1, 2022, and it ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, 2022 (the "Contest Period").
SWEEPSTAKES DETAILS: Wednesday, July 13th is National French Fry Day & MOOYAH is celebrating their hand-cut French fries made from Idaho® potatoes all month long in July. MOOYAH is offering an all-inclusive vacation for two to the Big Idaho® Potato Hotel in Boise, Idaho.
One random winner will be selected from all entrants from the MOOYAH enter to win form or manual entry submitted to address below.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the promotion:
- Entry method No. 1: During the promotion period, submit your first name, last name and email address on the MOOYAH enter to win form. By entering to win via the website form, you are joining the MOOYAH email club and will receive up to four (4) MOOYAH messages per month. You may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of a MOOYAH email.
- Entry method No. 2: Send a 3” x 5” postcard with your hand-printed full name, date of birth, mailing address, email and phone number to “MOOYAH Famous Idaho® Potato Trip Sweepstakes” 6865 Windcrest Drive, Suite 400, Plano, TX 75024 to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2022 and received by August 7, 2022. Any requests for entries which are made in any fashion other than as specified herein are void. Mail-in entries must be legibly hand-written. Mechanical reproductions, postage-due mail-in entries or mail-in entries sent in excess of the entry limits set forth below will not be accepted. Mail-in entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and not valid entries.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, go to mooyah.com/potato-hotel-sweepstakes and click on the link “Enter to Win”. Entrants must complete name and email fields in order to enter to win (“Online Entry”). Limit one entry per email address and per method of entry. Entrants must complete all required information. Multiple Entries will automatically result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV") & ODDS: A total of one (1) prize will be awarded to a winner selected from random drawing from available entrants & grand prize includes: [1] one round trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to the Boise Airport (BOI); [2] two night stay at the Big Idaho Potato Hotel reserved from Airbnb; [3] hotel transportation for two (2) to and from airport and hotel. ARV: $2,000. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Once the travel dates are confirmed and reservations are made, any changes or revisions made by the winner will incur penalty fees from the airlines or Airbnb. Any additional fees will be the responsibility of the winner. Cancellation fees also apply. No refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have been made. Trip must be completed by December, 31, 2023 or prize will be forfeited. Odds of winning any prize depends on the number of entries received.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be determined via random drawing on or about August 8, 2022. Potential Winner will be notified by email and must respond with three (3) days of receipt of notification or prize will be forfeited. If potential Winner does not respond within (3) days of receipt, an alternate winner will be selected. Winner may be required to furnish valid proof of age (i.e. a driver’s license, birth certificate, passport). Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where lawful, within ten (10) days of date of attempted notification or prize may be forfeited. Guest of Grand Prize Winner must also sign a Liability and Publicity Release before travel arrangements will be booked or travel vouchers are sent. Prizes that are properly claimed will be awarded. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or failure to return any documents in a timely manner may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. By participating, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all liability or damages associated with this Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize received in this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or administration of the Promotion.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, entries will be declared made by the person's name submitted at time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Promotion or Website or acts in a disruptive manner. This Promotion is offered only in the United States.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND DETAILS: Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions of any kind will be made on any prize, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding prize for any reason outside of their control. Prize will only be awarded to verified winner. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the corresponding entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email account from which the entry was submitted. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, or cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds may be tampering with the entry process or operation of this Sweepstakes or Website, or may be acting in violation of the terms of the Website, or may be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse, or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents.

WAIVER: By participating in this Promotion, participant waives all rights to claim actual punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any other damages from sponsor.
